I believe it's cris.com. Unfortunately I when I signed up I was looking for
good POP access through modem.
All they have is TIA via SLIP. That means no Real Audio, no ftpd, no server
uploading etc. etc. And they
seem to charge about $30/month for a psuedo SLIP account same as most
around here offering full SLIP/PPP accounts.
