The Condo (before and after)
In 2006, after six years of living in the San Francisco Bay Area, I decided I was ready to brave the surreal real estate market. After many months of searching, capped by two months camping out in a hotel because my lease had expired, I purchased a condo in the Lake Merritt area of Oakland.
Here are some before and during pictures from when I was renovating and moving in (after pictures still to come).
