Dining Information for Bob & Lou's Wedding

We are offering three choices for the main course. Please select one of the below and let us know by whatever means you prefer. This is very important, as we need firm numbers!

Lamb

Roasted rump of lamb with a dauphinoise potato, sautéed green beans and salsify with a red wine sauce

Tuna

Roasted loin of tuna with flash fried vegetables and a basil mash

Mushroom (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Roasted field mushroom and polenta with marinated artichokes, sautéed green beans, salsify and spinach, topped with pine nuts
