MCI (in poor English): Is...Jeffrey..Magmussen available?
Me: Who's calling?
MCI: I'm calling on behalf of MCI.
Me: What does MCI stand for?
MCI: ...Excuse me?
Me: What does MCI stand for?
MCI: Um...MCI is a telecommunications company.
Me: No.  What does M stand for?  What does the C stand for?  What does the
I stand for?
MCI: Um...I need to go ask my supervisor.

<30 second pause>

MCI: It stands for Microwave Communications...um...um...
Me (excitedly): And the I?  What does the I stand for?!?
MCI: Um...oh, boy...be right back...

(another 30 second pause>

MCI (proudly): Incorporated.
Me:  Great.  Thanks for all your help.
