2large ripe tomatoes, cut into strips
1/2cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cupblack olives, pitted
4 ouncesfeta cheese
1/2 cupolive oil
1/4 cupred wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoondried oregano, crumbled
to tastesalt
to tastepepper
