Key Lime Cake

Cake

quantity	ingredient
1 package	lemon cake mix
1/2 cup	water
3	key limes (squeezed)
1 3-ounce package	Lime Jello
1/2 cup	vegetable oil
4	eggs (slightly beaten)

Frosting

quantity	ingredient
1/4 pound	butter or margarine (softened)
1 8-ounce package	cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon	vanilla extract
1 1-pound box	confectioners suger
2 tablespoon	milk

Preheat over to 350 degrees (F).
Blend the cake ingredients together until well combined.
Pour into a greased 9"x13"x2" baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
Blend the butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and confectioners suger.
Slowly add milk until mixture is smooth.
Spead frosting over cake.

Notes:
You may decide to grate lime rind over top of frosted cake for tropical effect.
