Intercepting Printer Invocation

Okay, I know this one is a long shot, but here goes...

Has anyone figured out a way with Javascript (or any other method) to request for Netscape browser to call a specified function in the event that a user attempts to print from within Netscape?  Or, under Windows 3.11 and/or 95, any way to have the print manager do something fancy, like display a special confirmation box, etc. etc. if a user tries to print?
