Oops - I forgot to mention another possibility: VisualWave, a smalltalk
enviroment from ParcPlace that speaks to CGIs and to Sybase.  I haven't used it
yet and don't really know all the specs, but it may be worth checking out.

Unfortunately, I won't ship for another few months . . . but call ParcPlace
anyways, they'll probably fill you in more.
